I wanted to post a review regarding the purchase of our new vacation home in Delray Beach. I contacted Pat based on a recommendation from a friend. Pat listened carefully of what my wife and I were looking for and connected me with his daughter Gabrielle. They staged house visits perfectly and homedin on exactly what we were looking for. My sales experience with Ezio Arcuri was more than excellent, it was exceptional! Our requirements to purchase a condo for my mother in a 55+ community as a person under the age of 55, was extremely difficult to find and full of obstacles and restrictions. From the beginning, Ezio was all over the challenge working around the clock for us to make this purchase happen. We were in constant communication any time of day and Ezio always managed to keep things positive while the never ending HOA and lender issues continued day after day. This was a difficult transaction to deal with and not once did Ezio ever slow down or put us on hold for even an hour. Ezio was continually looking out for our best interest every step of the way saving us thousands of dollars in the process which I did not even expect.
