We had interviewed many local realtors to list our home for sale...of the 7 realtors my wife and I interviewed Pascal and his son Antonio rose above the rest in describing their knowledge of selling a a high priced home...they came to the interview well prepared and after reviewing their Portfolio we were sold...although our home was 50 years old and needed some upgrades it was the location of the property on an ocean access canal in the upscale Delray community of Tropic Isle. Immediately after signing a 5 month contract the Liguori team went the work...the teams daughter Gabrielle did most of the leg work preparing the home for viewing...and what a great job she did...this is truly a family affair with unbelievable knowledge concerning water front home selling...
