Ok, first Pascal and Antonio are the most professional people I have ever dealt with in the real estate business. They courtesy goes far beyond exceptional. I am still stunned with disbelief that they could get a decent offer on my house or find me a buyer. If I may suggest on thing it would be thisto them. Suggest to the seller a handful of helpful hints that are really basic to staging the house and guide them how to do it. I know staging is not what they do but I could have saved $ 40,000.00 up front and feel I did a better job at it than the company they recommended for staging. Again, I have nothing but good things to say about Antonio and Pascal. They work hard and tried hard for me. It's just a shame we never got to the finish line. I almost feel as bad for them as I do for myself. As I told them when I listed back in January of 2016 the market is in fundamental downslide. I fear for my future with the high cost of living and now sitting on 2 houses with property taxes and insurance. It was a poor decision on my part to try to build and downsize thinking they would have no trouble getting me somewhere in the neighborhood of a reasonable offer on my larger home.
