He shepherded us through a pretty tricky offer and closing process with quite a few wrinkles that came up, and we managed to get it done in just about a month in time for the move-in date we wanted. I don't think Michael could have possibly been more available -- we always knew we could reach out to him and get a prompt response, even after hours. We had never bought a home before and were unfamiliar with the area, so this was an understandably stressful process for us, but we could not have asked for a realtor who worked harder or was more available for us. I would highly, highly recommend working with Michael.

He must always be on email since he replied in record time to our queries, and if he didn't know the answer right away, he'd reply and say he'd follow up.
