She remained in constant contact during and after the purchase and the sale. She had all the contacts I needed... electrician, plumber, trash hauler, etc.When I headed North for the summer, she went into the house and shipped a bag I forgot to bring for my wife. On the sale side, she arrived early to ensure everything was ready, followed up with showing agents and closed the sale with favorable terms for us.
